Shipping & Returns

Delivery timelines, charges, returns, exchanges and refunds.

Processing & delivery

Orders are normally confirmed within one business day and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code and courier availability.

Shipping

We currently ship across India. Orders above ₹999 ship free; orders below that have a flat shipping fee of ₹49, shown at checkout. Once an order is shipped, you can follow its progress from Your Orders, including the carrier and tracking number when available.

Returns

Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they're unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Contact support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the parcel, shipping label and item. Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we confirm the refund method and timeline. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.

Cash on Delivery

All orders are currently Cash on Delivery — you pay in cash when your order arrives. No online payment is collected at checkout.
